All purchases are processed through our third-party providers (e.g., Whop, Stripe). You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All charges are non-refundable, including monthly fees after a free trial period, unless otherwise stated.

ORB Traders LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, or terms of any plan at any time, with notice provided via the platform or email.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of previous charges.

5. Content Ownership

All course materials, videos, indicators, scripts, graphics, and written content provided by ORB Traders LLC are the intellectual property of the company. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute any content without express written permission.

6. Community Guidelines

Our Discord community is moderated to ensure a safe, respectful space for learning. We reserve the right to remove any user for violations of our rules, abusive behavior, or unauthorized content sharing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ORB Traders LLC makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes. Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our content.
