At ORB Traders LLC, we are committed to providing quality educational content and community support to traders. Because our products include access to digital resources, livestreams, indicators, and Discord community tools, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy - the basics

No Refunds

All purchases made through www.orbtraders.com or affiliated platforms (including but not limited to Whop, Discord memberships, or digital downloads) are non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly or annual membership fees

  • One-time digital product purchases

  • Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions

  • Missed cancellations or accidental purchases

Trial Period

We offer a 3-day free trial on select memberships to allow users to evaluate our services before being charged. After the trial period, you will be billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with trading results

  • Unused access or inactive participation

  • Forgotten cancellations

  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions or Discord rules
